English 4 Everyone (E4E) is committed to protecting the privacy of our potential and existing customers. How do we collect Personal Data?
We collect Personal Data in a variety of ways:

Through links. We track and collect information about how users interact with links across products and services, including through email and links made available through third party services.
Through browsing our sites. We may also collect information about your use of our services through your browser to trace activity on our sites, such as your IP address, Media Access Control (MAC) address, computer type (Windows or Macintosh), screen resolution, operating system name and version, device manufacturer and model, language, Internet browser type and version, service provider, time of visit, page(s) visited and the name and version of the E4E Product you are using.

We use appropriate organizational, technical and administrative measures to protect Personal Information under our control. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the internet or data storage system is 100% guaranteed.

If you have reason to believe that your interaction with us is no longer secure (for example, if you feel that the security of your account has been compromised), please immediately notify us of the matter by contacting us in accordance with the “Contact Us” section of the form.

4. Unsubscribe from Email Marketing
If at any time you wish to stop receiving marketing communications from us, the easiest way you can do this is to use the unsubscribe feature in the marketing communications you receive. You can also notify us by sending us an email, telephone or writing to us using the contact information listed below in the “Contact Us” section. In your request, please indicate that you wish to stop receiving marketing communications from us.

5. Third Party Sites
This Privacy Policy does not address, and we are not responsible for, the privacy, information or other practices of third parties, including third parties operating on any site to which the EF Site contains a link to such site. The inclusion of such a link on the EF Site does not imply endorsement of the linked site by us and our affiliates.

In addition, we may provide you with access to third parties that allow you to post content to your social network account. Please note that any information you provide through the use of this function is governed by the applicable third party privacy policy, and not by this Privacy Policy. We have no control over, and are not responsible for, any third party’s use of the information you provide through the use of this functionality.

We are also not responsible for the collection, use and disclosure of the policies and practices (including data security practices) of other organizations, such as Facebook, Apple, Google, Microsoft, RIM or application developers, social networking platform providers, operating system providers, wireless service providers. or other device manufacturers, including Personal Information that you disclose to other organizations through or in connection with our Apps or Social Networking Pages.

We may change this Privacy Policy. Any changes to this Privacy Policy will become effective when we post the revised Privacy Policy on the Site.
